MY Projects have been involved as a project coordinator and assistant to the design teams for a large property rectification project in Rotterdam. The substantial building and highways have suffered from difficult ground conditions requiring special treatments for rectification. Work has include complex processes of analysis and investigation leading to an extensive remediation plan whilst offering significant savings to original scheme concepts. Work is now underway on site on the €2million project and is due to complete later this year.
